fluid × Future World Products

The fee schedule, with you on it.

Processing fees work like tax brackets — each rate applies only to the volume inside its band, so the rate falls as you grow. At Future World Products' ~$2.9M/month, here's where you land:

$0 – $400k 1.5%
$400k – $800k 1.3%
$800k – $5M You are here 1.1%
$5M – $8M 0.9%
$8M – $18M 0.7%
$18M – $30M 0.6%
$30M+ 0.5%

Blended, that's ~1.18% at your volume. No monthly platform fee — all modules included. $0.35 per Fluid-processed transaction. No per-market fees. No surprise true-ups.

The 3-year partnership

Blitz Week included — a $49,000 value — plus a $10,000 Fast-Deploy Credit.

Rebuilding a platform at FWP's scale conventionally runs $1M–$3M+ and 12–24 months. This partnership lands in 45–90 days, deployment included, on a 3-year commitment with a $200,000 monthly GMV minimum — and going live within 30 days of Blitz Week earns a $10,000 design or back-end credit.

What choosing Fluid actually changes

CEOs

One dashboard, Monday morning — every market live. The founders see the whole business in real time.

Operations

A new market is a repeatable pattern, not a project. One admin pane for CS across every region.

Engineering

The plumbing is Fluid's job. Your best engineers build product, not patches.

Distributors

Enroll a friend in three taps, pay locally at checkout, watch rank progress live.

Finance

Cost-per-transaction known and improving as GMV scales. Reconciliation is a Monday email, not a fire drill.

One Platform for Future World Products' Next Decade of Global Growth

A 3-Year Enterprise WE-Commerce™ Partnership · Prepared exclusively for Future World Products · Valid for 30 days

You stop building your back office. We become it. One modern commerce platform — storefront, distributor experience, enrollment, payments, mobile, and a unified data fabric — across every market you sell in.

01 Keep What Works. Stop Building the Rest. →
In just a few years you have built something rare in direct sales: a genuinely multi-market, technology-forward wellness company — the FWP ambassador movement and a product portfolio led by RENÖVA collagen, sold across Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Mexico. The strategic move: let your commission engine contract to the one thing it is great at — calculating and paying commissions — and let Fluid become everything wrapped around it. The storefront. The distributor and customer experience. Enrollment and onboarding. Localized checkout and payments. The mobile apps. The attribution layer. And a unified data fabric that finally gives you one real-time view across every market and every distributor.
02 Where Fluid Fits: The Seven-Bucket Model →
A modern direct-selling commerce operation breaks cleanly into seven jobs. Your commission engine keeps the one job it was built for. Fluid takes the other six — storefront, enrollment & onboarding, distributor back office, admin back office, mobile apps, and data & executive insight. Your engine remains system of record for compensation; Fluid absorbs everything wrapped around it.
03 Does Fluid Replace Your Back Office? →
No — it reframes it. Your current back office becomes your commission engine. Fluid becomes your back office. Commission logic, math, and compliance posture are unchanged. What becomes the Fluid back office is everything wrapped around it — distributor/customer interface, reports and dashboards, data, admin console, CS view, mobile apps, storefront, checkout, payments, and attribution. The two systems talk continuously through Fluid Connect™ — a documented standard integration, not a bespoke per-customer build.
04 Cross-Border Sponsoring — Does Genealogy Survive? →
Yes. This is a solved problem on Fluid, and it is exactly what Connect™ was built for. • Genealogy is a shared concept synced between Fluid and your commission engine in real time. • Enrollment events flow both ways — a distributor in one market enrolling someone in another triggers the event in Fluid and hands off cleanly to the engine. • Your engine remains the single commission authority across all markets, so comp calculation is unchanged. • No segregated silos — markets share hierarchy, a comp engine, and a data fabric.
05 The WE-Commerce™ Platform — Eight Modules, One Platform, Zero Plugin Tax →
You don't license modules à la carte. The full platform is included — FWP decides which modules to activate and when. • Fluid Themes — branded FWP storefronts for every market • Fluid Droplets — integration layer to your commission engine, ERP, 3PLs, tax engines • Fluid Connect™ — real-time, bidirectional data flow, documented not bespoke • Fluid Pay — 100+ local payment methods built in • Fair Share™ — patented attribution for distributor-originated transactions • Fluid Checkout — DS-native, localized per market • Fluid App Builder — branded FWP distributor and customer mobile apps • Data Fabric & Insights — unified global GMV, distributor, customer, attribution data in real time
06 Commercial Terms at a Glance →
• Term length: 36 months (3 years) • Platform license: Free — no monthly platform fee • Minimum monthly GMV: $200,000 of processed GMV per calendar month, after the launch grace period • Processing fees: Progressive tiers 1.5% → 0.5%, applied only to Fluid-processed GMV • Transaction fee: $0.35 per Fluid-processed transaction • Blitz Week: $49,000 value — included at no cost • Fast-Deploy Credit: $10,000 credit if FWP goes live within 30 days of Blitz Week conclusion • Fluid Studios: $150/hour; no retainer, no minimum • Uptime SLA: 99% per calendar month • Payment terms: Net 7 for professional-services invoices
07 Fee Schedule — Progressive Processing Tiers →
Fluid's processing fees are calculated progressively across monthly GMV tiers — similar to tax brackets. Only the portion of monthly volume that falls within a specific tier is charged at that tier's rate. • $0 – $400,000: 1.5% • $400,001 – $800,000: 1.3% • $800,001 – $5,000,000: 1.1% • $5,000,001 – $8,000,000: 0.9% • $8,000,001 – $18,000,000: 0.7% • $18,000,001 – $30,000,000: 0.6% • $30,000,001+: 0.5% Example: on $2,900,000 of monthly Fluid-processed GMV, the first $400,000 is charged at 1.5%, the next $400,000 at 1.3%, and the remaining $2,100,000 at 1.1% — a blended rate of roughly 1.18%.
08 Blitz Week — Complimentary 45- to 90-Day Launch →
Blitz Week is Fluid's accelerated deployment program — the fastest path from signed contract to a live, production-grade direct-selling commerce platform. Led by Fluid Studios. • Week 1 — Discovery & Architecture (seven-bucket scoping, Connect™ integration surface, localization) • Week 2 — Platform Build (storefront theme, Checkout, Droplets, merchant accounts) • Week 3 — Integration Wiring (Connect™ sync, admin unified view, data fabric) • Week 4 — UAT & Dashboards (test orders, distributor walkthroughs, training assets) • Week 5 — Soft Launch (pilot distributor cohort, live monitoring) • Week 6+ — Full Cutover (public go-live, hypercare, 30/60/90 roadmap) The $10,000 Fast-Deploy Credit: if FWP reaches production go-live within 30 days of Blitz Week conclusion, Fluid issues a $10,000 credit toward design or back-end web development — roughly 66 hours at the standard $150/hour rate.
09 What This Partnership Is Worth to FWP →
• Stop building the plumbing. Reporting upgrades, comp-plan edge cases, and new-market commerce work move onto Fluid and, when you choose, onto the Teqnavi team. • A unified data fabric on day one. Leadership opens one dashboard and sees every market side by side. • Capital efficiency vs. replatforming. Rebuilding at FWP's scale conventionally runs $1M–$3M+ and 12–24 months. This partnership lands the same capability in 45–90 days. • Predictable, pro-growth economics. On ~$35M annual GMV, the progressive schedule blends to roughly 1.18%, improving as you grow. • Engineering-to-engineering partnership. Connect™ and Droplets are first-class integration surfaces; joint architecture reviews are standard.
